London: Korea leader Kim Jong-un finds visiting hospitals a drag - as he smokes away on a ward.

 Photos show the rotund dictator is not such a bright spark by lighting up while touring a health facility.

According to the Sun.co.uk report, Jong-un reportedly asked medical staff to ensure the new building was "thoroughly sterilised and dust-free" - while puffing away.

The pictures of fags fan Jong-un emerged as the tensions in the region mount over North Korea's plans for a third nuclear test.

Arch enemies South Korea have warned their neighbours: "If the North ever makes a wrong judgment and again undertakes provocation, there will be grave consequences."

While Jong-un has reportedly placed his stricken nation under martial law and told his military "to be ready for a war."
