Before she married her husband Hank Baskett and gave birth to their son just under three years ago, Kendra Wilkinson lived a very different life at the Playboy mansion.
And on Saturday night she revisited those days as she attended her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner's annual Halloween bash.
The 27-year-old model went topless for the party, her modesty merely covered by some very clever airbrushing.
The blonde star's top half was painted to make it appear as though she was wearing a football jersey of some sorts.
The mother-of-one was certainly excited to be back at the mansion for the party, tweeting her followers: 'I'm backkkkkk bitches! Halloween babyyyyyy.'
Seemingly leaving her hubby and her son at home, Kendra was revelling in the excitement surrounding the festive event.
She kept her fans guessing what she was going as to the party by tweeting updates of her work in progress body paint suit.
'Who can guess what I'm doing....or what I'm being??' she wrote, before tweeting 'Ok nowwww who can guess what I am?'.
This isn't the first time the former Playboy bunny has been a painted lady for parties at the notorious mansion.
In fact Kendra first caught Hefner's eye in a body painted suit and went on to become his girlfriend for several years.
It all went down at Hefner's 78th birthday party in April 2004, where she was hired to be one of the painted girls.
Hefner had reportedly seen her picture on a fax machine at the Playboy Mansion and wanted to know who she was.
Shortly after they met, he asked Kendra to be one of his girlfriends, and moved her into the Playboy Mansion.
Since leaving the mansion, breaking it off with Hefner and marrying her husband Hank in June 2009, Kendra's focus has been on her family, especially after giving birth to her son Hank Baskett IV in December of the same year.
Earlier this month, Kendra was reportedly left worried after her son passed out and was sent to hospital.
According to TMZ, paramedics responded to a 911 call from the 27-year-old model's house on a Wednesday night at 5pm.
Hank Baskett IV is said to have just regained consciousness when the emergency services arrived.'
The two-year-old boy was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure but was later released.
According to TMZ little Hank had suffered from 'loss of consciousness due to overheating' after he was racing around the house playing.
A spokesperson for Kendra was not available for comment at the time.
