Unified flavors of Punjab food in Pink City

The Lalit Jaipur, keeping the pleasant mood of the monsoon and the foodies in view, organized a gastronomic event in the pink city and came out with a long menu of unified flavors of Punjab in the Punjabi food festival at Baluchi, the pan Indian restaurant.
To attract and entertain the guests it designed the yummy expedition to take them on a gastronomic journey with culinary gems from the royal kitchen of Punjab.
To give the most authentic touch and add more local taste of the Punjabi soil, some specialists chefs have been flown to Jaipur from Chandigarh to give the food connoisseur some interesting, some most popular and tasty and traditional main course items like kiched chole, aloo de nal, Amritsary biryani, panir te gobhi de pakma ki dal, kanak di rotian, sarso da saag, Tariwala meat, Amritsari kulche, Butter chicken, the renowned dish from the state in tangy butter and tomato gravy and many more mouth watering dishes from the kitchen.
Before falling for traditional spice laced food, the guests were free to experience most truly vegetarian and non-vegetarian Punjabi starters like Jassi di lassi, Amritsari Macchi, kale chole di tikki with salad and at the end after completion of the sumptuous journey, there were a variety of sweets like jalebi de rabdi, kadhya hoya dudh to complete the circle of extraordinarily delicious Punjabi meal.
While enjoying the ethnic taste one could feel the traditional tinge of Punjabi music played in the back ground. It provided a perfect opportunity for food lovers of the city savor the distinct and rich flavors from the land of five rivers Punjab.
