New Delhi: With an objective to celebrate progress and positivity and inspire citizens, particularly, youth towards constructive, creative and compassionate life styles, the 2nd National Summit on Leadership in Positivity will be organised by the Movement of Positivity in CSOI, New Delhi on Friday, November 18.
The Theme of this year’s Summit is ‘Positivity for Harmony and Progress of Nation’. The event will witness three sessions being held through the day with eminent speakers on the panel.
Ram Nath Kovind, Former President of India will be chief guest for the event. Justice Arun Kumar Mishra, Chairperson, National Human Rights Commission will grace the event as special guest.
Sharing the vision behind this annual event and awards, Dr Dnyaneshwar Mulay, Member NHRC and Founder , Movement of Positivity said , "The philosophical inspiration for the Positivity comes from Constitutional values of justice, equality and freedom. This has to achieved through inculcating positive qualities such as empathy, hope, compassion, hard work, integrity, innovations, helping each other, trust and confidence and creating harmony." Talking about its great success in the first edition, he added, "The concept has received very wide support. The organizations and persons associated also work closely with Government to implement Government’s projects, schemes and services . In effect they act as a bridge between citizens and the government . This has enabled many schemes to reach to the needy persons, who would have been otherwise left out."
The first session on the topic of Atmnirbhar Bharat: Sankalp Se Siddhi will be chaired by Ajit Shankarrao Bhonsle, Air Marshal.Second session will witness Amitabh Kant, former CEO, NITI Aayog chairing a roundtable on the topic Unto the Last: Equality in Practice.The third session on India@100: National Building Ahead will be chaired by Meenakshi Lekhi, Minister for External Affairs and Culture.The day long event will culminate with valedictory addresses by Harivansh, Deputy Chairman, Rajyasabha and Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Chairperson, ICCR.
In this event prominent persons who have contributed significantly in the national development will be presented GEMS OF INDIA AWARDS. About 500 Delegates from all over India from every walk of life having faith in the Movement of Positivity will benefit from the brain storming and inspiring sessions. There will be cultural performances depicted regional art form during the event.
