98 Indians Among Over 1000 Hajj Pilgrims Who Died In Mecca Amid Soaring Temperatures

New Delhi: The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Friday that 98 Indians died during the annual Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca, Haj. According to MEA spokeswoman Randhir Jaiswal, there were 187 deaths among Indians over the Haj time last year. "This year, 1,75000 Indian pilgrims came to Mecca.
